Earth Abides is an upcoming miniseries set to premiere on MGM+ on December 1, 2024, with a diverse cast of characters. Earth Abides is based on the book of the same name by George R. Stewart, with a story that follows the main character, Ish Williams. Ish is adapting to his new life now that the world has effectively shut down due to a catastrophic pandemic that kills over 25% of the global population.
