The Masked Singer season 12 quarterfinals are finally here, and there are four amazing contestants competing against each other to get one step closer to the Golden Mask Trophy. The Masked Singer season 12 welcomed back host Nick Cannon, along with panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora. So far this season, a galaxy of amazing stars have been unmasked, including Group A’s John Elway (Leaf Sheep), Yvette Nicole Brown (Showbird), Marsai Martin (Woodpecker), and Paula Cole (Ship).
The Masked Singer season 12 also unmasked Group B contestants Andy Richter (Dust Bunny), Laverne Cox (Chess Piece), and Natalie Imbruglia (Bluebell), along with Group C’s Bethany Hamilton (Macaron), Drake Bell (Ice King), Jana Kramer (Royal Knight), and Bronson Arroyo (Sherlock Hound). Buffalos Are The Group A Winners
The Masked Singer season 12 Group A champions, the Buffalos, stunned the panelists during their debut on Premiere Night, when they revealed that they were a trio, rather than a single contestant. They blew the audience away with their extraordinary rendition of “(I Just) Died In Your Arms” by Cutting Crew. During Footloose Night, they sang a spectacular rendition of “Waiting For a Girl Like You” by Foreigner, followed by their Group A finals Soundtrack of My Life Night performance of “Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve.
During the Group A finals, the Buffalos went head-to-head in the Battle Royale with Paula Cole’s Ship, during which they both sang their own sensational renditions of “Go Your Own Way” by Fleetwood Mac. Paula was unmasked, while the Buffalos made it through to the quarterfinals.

For the first time in Masked Singer history, the show has introduced Masked Ambassadors, who are alums of the show with special connections to the newest contestants. The Buffalos’ Masked Ambassador is The Masked Singer season 5 winner Piglet, Nick Lachey. Throughout the competition so far, the panelists have guessed a variety of singing groups for the Buffalos’ identity. They include B2K, 112, and Boyz II Men (Jenny); Earth, Wind, & Fire and Black-Eyed Peas (Rita); Jonas Brothers, 98 Degrees without Nick Lachey, and Big Time Rush (Robin); and Bell Biv DeVoe and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (Ken).

The Masked Singer season 12 Group B winner Wasp made his debut on Sports Night, during which he sang a mind-blowing version of “Rock Your Body” by Justin Timberlake. He followed that with his moving Barbie Night performance of “Skyscraper” by Demi Lovato, and his incredible rendition of “Ain’t No Way” by Aretha Franklin during the Group B finals on ’60s Night.
During the Group B finals, Wasp and Goo competed in the Battle Royale, during which they both sang amazing versions of “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” by Marvin Gaye. Wasp won the Battle Royale, and advanced to the quarterfinals, but they were both so impressive, that the panelists saved Goo with the Ding Dong Keep It On Bell and sent him to the next round too.

During The Masked Singer season 12 Group B finals, Goo and Wasp faced off in the Battle Royale in which they both floored the panelists with their superb versions of “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” by Marvin Gaye. Wasp won the Battle Royale, but the panelists couldn’t bear to see Goo go, so they saved him with the Ding Dong Keep It On Bell, and sent him to the quarterfinals as well.
