In 2024, several 90 Day Fiancé cast members emerged with updated looks after weight loss, fashion, hair, and beauty makeovers, enough to make them look unrecognizable. Although their relationship drama leaves them with little time to focus on themselves, these cast members and their efforts to transform into a new person entirely are commendable. It gets difficult sometimes for fans to keep up with these updates, especially when the likes of Liz Woods and Dempsey Wilkinson keep wowing them with transformation updates every other day.
When it comes to 90 Day Fiancé cast members, fans follow them on social media to find out if they are still together with their partners from the show. However, fans do get sucked into more of their personal drama from time to time, things that aren’t discussed on the show, such as their transformations into seemingly new people. Whether it’s what they choose to wear or their looks, plenty of 90 Day Fiancé stars have changed in 2024.
Lidia Morel
Lidia did look different when she entered the 90 Day Fiancé as a main character who wanted to start dating after 12 years of being single. Lidia was in a relationship with American man Scott although he broke up with her later for not speaking in English. Lidia got a lot of attention for ditching her glasses and growing her hair out in bouncy waves with flattering makeup that made her look as young as Chantel Everett! However, since 90 Day: Love In Paradise, Lidia has made more changes to her aesthetic. Gone is the silky long hair.
It’s been replaced by her thick, natural waves in a short bob. Lidia has been spending a lot of time in the gym. Most of her latest social media content shows Lidia working out and the result is there for all to see with her smaller face and shapely body she loves to flaunt in stylish bodysuits.
Darcey Silva
Darcey has fans convinced that she has body image issues because of the way she kept changing her appearance with every new spin-off she’s been in. Not every look has been Darcey’s best. She’s gone overboard with her cosmetic procedures, and it’s evident that she still isn’t satisfied with the results because of the many filters she adds to her photos and videos on IG. However, Darcey has tried to accept herself more in 2024. She slowly started sharing content where she didn’t have any editing. She’s also lost oodles of weight and can’t stop showing off her new body.
Darcey and her twin sister Stacey, both lost 40 pounds each by March 2024. Darcey has been wearing more form-fitting outfits which reveal her new snatched waistline and accentuate her curves. She underwent a non-invasive and non-surgical procedure called ESG (endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty) which also known as a “suture sculpt” and loves the way she looks now. What’s changed the most is Darcey’s face. Its no longer puffy and has slimmed down considerably highlighting her sharp features.
Rob Warne
Rob’s past as a model seems to be calling out to him since his 90 Day Fiancé debut. The Los Angeles based man has been casually trying one new hairstyle after another and doing justice to all of them. Rob had an undercut style when he was married to Sophie. He liked to keep it tied up in a ponytail. Rob had kept growing his hair longer since then. He didn’t even realize how long it had grown and debuted a new hairstyle in July 2024. He unveiled his mini dreadlocks but was unsure of whether he was going to keep the style.

Rob told his fans that he was thinking of changing it again and they agreed, asking Rob to chop it off. What they might not have expected for Rob to go ahead and shave all of his hair. In September 2024, Rob revealed how different he looked with a full blown fade. Its been more tha just a haircut that’s making Rob look different now. He’s also been on a diet to cut weight and says he has been looking better at 35 than he did when he was 33 years old.
Loren Brovarnik
There’s another 35 year old in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise who’s getting younger by the day its Loren. Loren had decided to get a mommy makeover once she started having kids. Loren had three children back to back with Alexei Brovarnik and once it had been a year since her youngest’s birth Loren got a “natural” mommy makeover. She called it “natural” because a 360 liposuction was done on her chin, arms, upper back, lower back, and thighs and the fat was transferred to her breasts.
Loren can’t help but share pictures of her wearing the outfits she wore a decade ago and how they still fit her like a glove. She wanted another makeover because she felt she needed more work, but her plans have been put on hold now. Loren hadn’t revealed how many total pounds she’s lost but Loren who has body dysmorphia has been working out with full dedication so she can continue ageing in reverse.
Sumit Singh
Like Loren, Sumit hasn’t discussed his weight loss yet on social media but shares videos of him doing yoga which seems to be his go-to form of exercise to strengthen his body and reduce stress. Sumit’s transformation in 2024 is his biggest yet. Sumit has been growing his hair long in the past year. It reaches well below his shoulders now in wavy curls. Sumit has also been letting his beard grow out. He’s embraced his greys that give more edge to Sumit’s look.
Sumit has a catfishing past where he used an actor’s pictures and pretended to be a man named Michael Jones. Sumit never wanted to scam Jenny but it’s likely that he was not confident about his looks. Sumit has certainly groomed himself over the past few years. He’s changed the way he dresses too. Sumit’s latest selfie showed a side to him that made Sumit look unrecognizable. He even wore a large hat to accessorize as he embraced his new rockstar personality.
Dempsey Wilkinson
Dempsey opened up about her weight loss struggles in Summer 2023. She revealed that she had gone from a size UK 4 to UK 12 in the space of two years. The weight gain impacted her happiness negatively. She started feeling insecure about herself. Her size affected her mentally and she started feeling insecure about her physical appearance. Dempsey used to feel comfortable at UK 8 but she began binge eating. Dempsey was the heaviest she had ever been when she filmed 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 6. However, Dempsey shed her extra weight through diet and exercise.
Dempsey is now posting more beach photos for fans to focus on her svelte figure. It’s also Dempsey’s outwardly appearance that has changed. She’s dressing differently, is taking care of her skin and has gotten a brand new hairstyle as well. Dempsey has a long bomb with a fringe and has gone back to her natural hair color which is a dirty blonde. Dempsey has embraced change by going back to the natural hair color for the first time since she was 16.
Liz Woods
Liz has started her weight loss journey in 2022 and even lost 20 pounds but it seems she was doing it only because Big Ed kept pushing her to get thin. He showed her her old photos and asked her why she didn’t look like that anymore. Big Ed making Liz feel insecure even though he’s not fit himself. Liz started gaining back the weight as they neared their wedding in August 2023. However, by August 2024, her social media followers saw a brand new version of Liz. She rold them that she lost weight when she stopped taking antidepressants.
Liz replaced the medication with cardio and started shedding the extra pounds. Liz was 170 pounds at her heaviest and currently weights 130 pounds. She is also a size 1 which is the size she used to be before meeting Big Ed. Liz has managed to erase the years she spent in the toxic relationship with Big Ed. Fans have noticed her glowing ever since she got together with her new boyfriend. Liz also revealed her new hair color in a new mirror selfie clicked at her gym in November 2024 which has since gone viral.
Sophie Sierra
Sophie was a petite blonde in 90 Day Fiancé season 10 during her debut. The show was filmed in 2022 and since then, Sophie has transformed herself into a better version of herself. Sophie had damaged her hair very badly by bleaching it. Her natural hair is brown and curly but she wanted to be blonde and ended up paying the price. Sophie wore a wig during most of the season until she went back to her original hair color and used extensions to get volume instead.
Along with revealing her new hair on 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2, Sophie’s revenge weight loss is also making headlines. Sophie has lost 23 pounds by switching to a healthy lifestyle. She avoids partying, eats fresh, and spends most of her time working out. Sophie’s Instagram followers have gotten used to seeing her bare her flat tummy in selfies which is proof of her successful weight loss journey.
Winter Everett
Chantel’s younger sister has a weight loss transformation story of herself that can fetch her a spin-off if need be. Winter who was trapped in a toxic relationship has said enough is enough when she walked out of it and decided she would love herself. Winter had always been insecure of her weight. She couldn’t help but notice all the comparisons that took place between her and her biological sister who looked like a model. Still, it’s Winter who is working as a professional model now. She first dropped 50 pounds in July 2020 before undergoing weight loss surgery.
Winter used to weigh 330 pounds. In 2024, Winter revealed that she has dropped a whopping 141 pounds. Winter’s before and after posts on Instagram show how proud she is of herself and how far she has come. Winter is getting a lot of support from her followers in the journey that doesn’t seem to have ended it. It appears Winter has a bigger goal and remains to be seen how she will look at the end of it.
Ashley Michelle
Ashley looks nothing like herself in her latest photos on Instagram. The professional witch has now become a professional bodybuilder and wants to help fans reach their own weight loss goals. Ashley has lost 100 pounds since she started losing weight. She used to weigh 320 pounds when she started and looked very different with her round face and underconfident smile in her throwback photos. Ashley currently weighs 190 pounds.In October 2024, she placed second in her bodybuilding show. Ashley placed second in the “transformation division.”
Ashley admits that losing over 100 pounds has been one of the most rewarding things for her. It was also the hardest and Ashley isn’t done yet. She’s yet to reach her weight-loss goals and is choosing to participate in more such shows. The shows are a great motivator for her to follow her weight loss goals and stick to them. 90 Day Fiancé fans have often wondered if Ashley spending most of her time in the gym was an escape for her from her marriage. However, Manuel is Ashley’s biggest cheerleader yet.
