A home in Margate City that sold for $2.8 million topped the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Atlantic County last week.
In total, 46 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $552,831, or $334 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern the sale of real estate where the title was registered during the week of December 16 although the property may be sold before.
