The hikers intervened with the snow teams in many places of the country where, on Friday night, a snowstorm snowed. Drivers are advised not to go on the road with poorly prepared cars, reports News.ro.
“Heavy and moderate snowfalls are currently recorded in several counties of Moldova (Suceava, Neamţ, Iași). Against the background of meteorological warnings of wind intensification and mixed precipitation, DRDP Iaşi snow removal teams act on the affected sectors, to ensure traffic,” the DRDP Iaşi said on Friday evening.
Road workers advise drivers not to go on the road without prior information and without the proper equipment of vehicles for the winter season.
And road users from the center of the country intervene on the roads in the mountainous areas.
“It has started to snow a lot in the mountainous area in the center of the country. The snow removal machines are already on the road to clear the road of the deposited snow. Drive preventively and adapt your speed to the conditions of the traffic,” they also sent DRDP Braşov representatives.
It is also snowing in the mountain areas of Gorj and Vâlcea counties.
“On DN 7A, between Voineasa and Obârşia Lotrului, and DN 67C, Novaci-Rânca, precipitation in the form of snow is recorded. It is operated with blade machines and anti-skid material is spread to ensure safe road traffic. Do not travel in areas affected by snow with vehicles not properly equipped for winter,” DRDP Craiova said.
